Online Classes & Tutorial Web Portal runs a coaching centre, a group of branches or a single tutor's classes on your own cPanel hosting or VPS, under your own domain and brand. It works in Hindi and English on every screen, with one cron line, and your courses, learners and fees stay on your own server.
One edition with every feature, one licence per installation, no Composer and no monthly fee per learner. The smart features use rules on your own data, so it works without AI.
Courses with video, notes and tests
A course builder with sections and lessons of every type, drip rules by date, by days after enrolment or after a passed quiz, prerequisites, completion rules and versions that keep progress.
Video lessons on your own server (HLS) or through Bunny, Vimeo or YouTube, with chunked uploads that resume, signed links, watermarks with the learner's number and device limits; the guide's protection table says exactly what each choice protects and what it does not.
PDF notes with stamped copies, SCORM 1.2 / 2004 and xAPI packages.

FAQ
Can my videos be stopped from being copied or recorded?
No website can make a video copy-proof. The portal makes copying harder (signed links, watermarks with the learner's number, device limits, encrypted HLS where your host allows it, a leak lookup), and the guide's protection table says exactly what each choice protects and what it does not.
Do I need a VPS?
No. It runs on ordinary cPanel hosting with one cron line. For big video libraries or many viewers at once, use Bunny, Vimeo or YouTube for the videos, or a VPS.
Which payment gateways are included?
PayU, PhonePe and PayPal, each on your own merchant account, plus UPI QR with reference matching, bank transfer and cash at the counter. Razorpay, Cashfree, CCAvenue and Stripe are planned for 1.1.0.
Does it file my GST returns?
No. It helps with GST (invoices, credit notes, GSTR-1 data, e-invoice JSON); you and your accountant check and file the returns.
Can it connect to GetXtra School ERP?
Yes, optionally: the connector is off by default and imports learners and guardians when you switch it on. Without it, the CSV import does the same.
Is Hindi available everywhere?
Yes: every screen, message, receipt, certificate and the guide. Each course, lesson and question can carry both languages.
Does it need AI?
No. The smart features use rules on your own data. An optional AI booster is planned for 1.1.0.
What happens if my licence lapses?
The admin is locked until the licence is valid again (the Licence and Updates pages stay open). If the store cannot be reached, a valid licence keeps working for 7 days.
