Everything on GetXtra Scripts Store is a digital product. Nothing is shipped by courier and there are no shipping charges. This page explains how and when you receive what you bought.
1. When you receive it
- Instantly, as soon as your payment is confirmed: the download button and your licence key appear on the thank-you page, in your account under My purchases and in an email to the address you gave.
- A UPI or bank transfer that we confirm by hand is delivered within 24 hours on working days, usually much sooner.
- A payment held for review by the payment partner is delivered as soon as it clears.
- If you bought the installation service, we contact you within 1 working day and usually finish within 2–3 working days after you send the hosting details.
2. How the download works
- The download link in the email is valid for 900 days and works 5 times. In your account you can download the product again, and get its new versions, during the licence and update periods shown on the product page and in your account.
- Files are ZIP archives. The installation guide is inside the ZIP.
- Your invoice (PDF) is in your account and attached to the order email.
3. Did not get it?
- Check your spam or promotions folder for the order email.
- Use Find my order with your email address to get the links again.
- Still nothing within 2 hours of a successful payment? Write to support@getxtra.in or call on the contact page with the payment reference. If we cannot deliver within 48 hours, you get a full refund (see the Refund Policy).
4. Where we sell
We sell to buyers in India and worldwide. Prices are in Indian rupees; international buyers can pay by the international methods shown at checkout.
