HR Management System Pro runs the whole people side of a company on your own cPanel hosting or VPS, in Hindi and English on every screen: companies, branches and employee records, attendance, leave, salary structures and the monthly payroll with payslips and bank files.
It helps with PF, ESI, professional tax, LWF and TDS. The rules come from a signed statutory pack — rules as data with dates and sources, never written into the code. Some rules of the bundled pack are marked "to review": you confirm them with your CA before the first payroll. The product prepares the files and registers; it does not file returns for you.

Attendance from every source
Biometric devices with ADMS / cloud-server push (most ZKTeco and eSSL models) send their punches directly; any device that exports a CSV, TXT or DAT file works with the file import or the LAN script.
Web, phone (geo-fence, optional selfie, works offline) and kiosk punches, with last seen, punches today and clock drift for every device.

Licence: the GetXtra Commercial Licence (the LICENSE file) replaces the MIT licence of earlier packages. It is not open source: one licence key per installation from the GetXtra store; no resale, sharing or giving away of the code. Third-party parts keep their own licences.
The developer is now named GetXtra Digital everywhere: the credit "Developer: GetXtra Digital" in the footer and the admin, the licence, the README and the buyer guide. The credit may not be removed or hidden; the Branding switch in Admin, Settings turns off only the "Powered by GetXtra" line.

FAQ
Does it file PF, ESI or TDS returns?
No. It prepares the files and registers and keeps the due dates; you or your CA file them. It helps with compliance; you and your adviser remain responsible.
Is the statutory pack up to date?
It carries dates and sources for every rule. Rules that are not yet confirmed against the official notification are marked "to review" (among them the tax year 2026-27 rules, the Labour Code rules and the professional tax and LWF of the bundled states). Minimum wages and holiday lists are not in the pack. Review them with your CA before the first payroll; later packs come with the one-click updates.
Which biometric devices work?
Devices with ADMS / cloud-server push (most ZKTeco and eSSL models) send punches directly; any device that exports a CSV, TXT or DAT file works with the file import or the LAN script.
Can I run more than one company?
Yes, as many companies as you like in one installation.
