This inventory management system runs the stock, warehouses and GST of a distributor, a wholesaler, a shop or a small manufacturer on your own shared hosting: every quantity posted once to a stock ledger, stock per bin, batch and serial number, purchase to receipt and order to invoice, transfers and counts, and a phone app for the warehouse floor, in Hindi and English.

Stock, warehouses and GST on your own hosting

Inventory Management System is self-hosted inventory and warehouse software for Indian distributors, wholesalers, shops and small manufacturers. It runs on ordinary cPanel shared hosting with one cron line, in Hindi and English, and your stock, parties and invoices stay on your own server.

Every quantity is posted once to a stock ledger and traced to its document, so the stock in every bin, batch and warehouse stays right. One edition, one licence per installation, no Composer and no Node.js.

Companies, warehouses and bins

  • Several companies, branches and warehouses with zones and bins; stock per bin, batch, serial number and owner.
  • Transfers through transit, adjustments with reasons, blind cycle counts with recounts and monthly closings.

Receiving and dispatch

  • Receiving in one, two or three steps: GRN, quality check plans, put-away rules, photos and a short / excess report.
  • Dispatch with reservations and back-orders, available to promise, waves (discrete, batch, zone, cluster), pick, pack and ship with the AWB number.
  • Medicines and food go first-expiry-first-out with near-expiry lists and recalls; electronics keep their serial numbers from receipt to sale, with warranty look-up and repairs (RMA).

Purchase, sales and GST

  • Purchase orders, RFQs, GRNs, bills, debit notes and landed cost.
  • Quotations, sales orders, challans, GST invoices and credit notes, printed on A4, A5, 80 mm or 58 mm paper or sent as a share link.
  • Price lists, schemes, discount limits, price-change approvals and MRP changes.
  • CGST / SGST or IGST by the place of supply; it prepares the e-invoice and e-way bill JSON, GSTR-1 / 3B data and the HSN summary, and helps with GST: you or your CA upload and file them.

FAQ

Does it need a VPS?
No. Shared hosting with PHP 8.1+, MySQL / MariaDB and one cron line is enough for the tested sizes. Very large catalogues or many people posting at the same time are better on a VPS.
Does it file my GST returns?
It helps with GST: it prepares GSTR-1 / 3B data, the HSN summary and the e-invoice / e-way bill JSON. You or your CA upload and file them on the government portals.
Can my staff see only their warehouse?
Yes. Each person gets ready roles and scopes (companies, branches, warehouses, zones); pages and reports show only what is inside them.
Does it handle batches and expiry for medicines?
Yes: batch numbers, expiry and MRP, first-expiry-first-out picking, near-expiry lists and recalls. The Schedule H1 register comes in 1.1.0.
Does the phone app work without internet?
It keeps a queue while the signal drops and sends it when it comes back; a conflict is shown to the person, never merged silently.
Can I move from Tally or Excel?
Items, parties and opening balances come in from CSV and Tally masters; the opening stock per bin and batch is entered or imported.
Is AI required?
No. Forecasts and suggestions work on rules; the AI booster is optional and off by default.
Which payment gateways?
Payment links through PayU, PhonePe and PayPal on your own merchant account, plus UPI QR, cash and bank transfer.
