This multi vendor marketplace runs on your own cPanel shared hosting: sellers sign up, pass KYC and list their products, buyers pay once for a cart from many sellers with PhonePe, PayU, PayPal, UPI or cash on delivery, and each seller gets its own GST invoices, an append-only ledger and payouts by bank file, with TCS and TDS worked out — in Hindi and English on every screen.

Your own marketplace for many sellers

Ecommerce Portal (Multiple Vendor) is a complete marketplace for an operator and many sellers: a regional or niche marketplace, a city bazaar of local shops, a brand with its dealers, or an agency building one for a client. It runs on your own cPanel shared hosting with one cron line, in Hindi and English on every screen, and your sellers' and buyers' data stays on your hosting.

No Composer, no Node.js and no monthly platform fee: one edition, one licence per installation, and the commission you charge your sellers is yours.

Sellers, KYC and the seller hub

  • A "Sell with us" page, seller sign-up and an onboarding checklist; PAN, GSTIN and IFSC checked offline.
  • An encrypted KYC documents vault with every view logged, agreements accepted with a one-time code, and a KYC review queue with a second person for risky sellers.
  • Seller teams with roles, pickup locations with their GSTIN, plans, vacation mode, a bank-change cool-off and the exit process.
  • Every seller gets a store page with followers and its own seller hub with SLA countdowns, reports, API tokens and a phone app for scan-to-pack and stock counts.

Catalogue, storefront and checkout

  • Products with variants and several sellers' offers on one listing, Legal Metrology declarations, bulk CSV with a dry run and WooCommerce or Shopify CSV import.
  • Moderation with rules for keywords, prohibited items, licences, price outliers and contact details; brand gating, category approvals, notice and takedown.
  • Four storefront themes, a page builder, collections and typo-tolerant search in Hindi and English, with a buy box chosen by a published formula.
  • One cart grouped by seller with each one's delivery date and fee; one payment by PhonePe, PayU or PayPal on your own merchant account, UPI, or cash on delivery with a confirmation code and risk rules, split to each seller's part to the paisa.

Orders, shipping and returns

  • An order flow per seller with acceptance and dispatch times, bulk actions and cancellations counted against the seller.
  • Shiprocket, Delhivery or the seller's own courier: labels, manifests, tracking across sellers, delivery issues, COD remittances, RTO and weight corrections.
  • Returns per item with seller decisions, pickups and quality checks; masked buyer and seller messages, disputes, appeals and grievances with their timers.

Invoices, fees, ledgers and payouts

Changelog

v1.0.2 current 29 Oct 2026
Ecommerce Portal (Multiple Vendor) 1.0.2.
A look release: the product gets its own logo and icon.
Its own logo (light and dark mode, 640 × 128 px PNG) and favicon (512, 192, 180, 48, 32 and 16 px PNG and SVG) in assets/img/brand/. The live demo shows the full logo in the header; on your site the built-in icon next to your site name, the browser tab icon and the phone app icons are now this product's own icon.
Admin → Settings → Branding: a logo and favicon guide next to the upload fields (size, ratio, format, file size and colours for the logo, the dark-mode logo and the favicon) with the ready-made files to download, in Hindi and English.
v1.0.1 28 Oct 2026
Ecommerce Portal (Multiple Vendor) 1.0.1.
A fix release: what the store found on a real demo install of 1.0.0.
The demo's 40 sample products have pictures. Cards, product pages, search results and the sample storefront showed empty boxes; now every demo product shows its own drawn picture that fits its category (clothes, kitchen, spices and tea, handicrafts, phone accessories, beauty).
The pictures are our own drawings and ship with the script (40 small WebP pictures, about 210 KB in all). The demo only links them, on the installer's demo, on the demo seed and in the nightly reset, so the demo still installs in one web request; clearing the demo removes the links and leaves the pictures.
A seller who signs in now lands in the seller hub instead of the buyer's account, so the demo's one-click Seller sign-in (Vikram Patel) opens the hub. Only the first stop after signing in changes: the Account page is still one click away, a buyer still lands on the account page, the admin on the admin dashboard, and a page you were sent to sign in for still comes first.

FAQ

Does it need a VPS?
No. It runs on cPanel shared hosting with one cron line. For very busy sale days a VPS is safer.
Who collects the buyers' money?
You do, on your own gateway account, and sellers are paid from their ledgers by bank file after the return window. Gateway split settlement (Razorpay Route, Cashfree Easy Split) is planned for 1.1.0.
Which payment gateways are included?
PhonePe, PayU and PayPal on your own merchant accounts, UPI to your own UPI ID, and cash on delivery. Razorpay, Cashfree and Paytm are planned for 1.1.0.
Does it issue GST invoices for the sellers?
Yes. Each seller's invoices and credit notes are in its own series per GSTIN and financial year, and your fee invoices to sellers in yours. Your CA checks rates and filings.
Does it handle TCS and TDS?
It records GST TCS and 194-O TDS on every document, closes the month, prepares the GSTR-8 data and the TDS file and gives sellers their statements. Filing stays with you.
Can sellers who are not GST-registered sell?
Not in 1.0; unregistered and composition sellers are planned for 1.1.0.
Is it in Hindi?
Every page for buyers, sellers and staff, every e-mail and document is in Hindi and English.
Do I pay any commission to GetXtra?
No. You pay the ₹999.00 licence once per installation. The commission you charge your sellers is yours.
